Public records remain public

PawWatch does not claim ownership of underlying government records, public-domain materials, or uncopyrightable facts. You may independently consult and use official sources subject to the source agency’s rules. These terms distinguish those materials from PawWatch’s original expression, branding, verification work, and database organization.

Automated and bulk access

Search-engine indexing that follows PawWatch’s published technical instructions is permitted. Other automated scraping, harvesting, systematic downloading, bulk extraction, circumvention of access controls, or use that burdens the service is prohibited without prior written authorization.

No false affiliation

You may not use PawWatch, PawWatch Registry, the PawWatch logo, or a confusingly similar name or design in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation without written permission from PawWatch LLC.

Corrections and enforcement

Report errors or changed dispositions through the correction process. Questions about permitted use, partnerships, or suspected copying may be submitted through the contact form. PawWatch may restrict abusive access and pursue available remedies for unauthorized use.
